i sold my house!

because of the plummeting market, i didn't get exactly what i wanted, but close enough. but the semi good news is that it's only getting worse, so when i start house hunting this week, i get to be picky! because of the market, i, a single mother, can actually afford a 4 bedroom house, whereas just at the beginning of the summer, my choices were limited to either a 2 bedroom condo or an itty bitty house in the ghettos...
