News~Oddly Enough

SEOUL (Reuters) - A South Korean man who played computer games for 50 hours almost non-stop died of heart failure minutes after finishing his mammoth session in an Internet cafe, authorities said Tuesday....Lee had planted himself in front of a computer monitor to play on-line games on Aug. 3. He only left the spot over the next three days to go to the toilet and take brief naps on a makeshift bed, they said.
~See?! Mama knew best when she told you to quit playing them damn video games!

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (Reuters) - Thieves tunneled into a bank in northeastern Brazil and stole 156 million reais ($68 million), the biggest bank heist in the nation's history, police said on Monday.
Damn it! I told them not to start without me! But really, even if it took 6 people to do the job, can you imagine having more than $11M in your pocket?

(German Village Journal)German Village, South Korea, only three years old, is an improbable creation, the product of this nation's shifting needs. In the 1960's and 70's, South Korea sent thousands of its citizens to work as nurses or miners in West Germany. Today, they and their German spouses are being welcomed back.
~Barb, if you go there, find out if they've created a sauerkraut kimchee concoction...

Psycho, huh?

With $11M, I would buy 11 million things from the dollar store!!! Well, make it ten since there's sales taxes.

Ha, I'm just laughing because they'll never get their W's and V's straight (Germans say "v" instead of "w" and Koreans can't fucking say "v" to save their lives... hahaha) water= vater... vanilla= bwanilla
